Fernando Lara is CEO and co-founder of Singular Security. The family-run company was founded in 2005 and continues to provide cybersecurity readiness strategies and compliance management services in line with ever-evolving industry standards and threats.

A people-first leadership approach and commitment to dynamic process improvement are foundational to the success of the firm and its clients. Fernando excels at getting to know people at their core and bringing different mindsets together to build strong, holistic solutions.

Fernando is passionate about supporting the people behind the business and in celebrating their achievements. He has confidence in others to perform their jobs to the best of their ability without micromanaging and provides positivity and motivation to help them realize and apply their strengths.

Embracing a holistic win-win business ecosystem structure, he fosters success for both Singular Security and its clients.

Fernando prepares organizations for the “when” and not “what if” of cybersecurity threats. His years of expertise provide clients the help they need to successfully create and manage the complexities of computing and corporate security policies toward regulatory compliance.

He is proud of the company’s charitable work in the community and exemplifies its core values by always looking for opportunities to give back. He enjoys speaking at colleges and other events about leadership and learning pathways for future success.

His prior business experience includes positions in executive management at various corporations, including Motorola and Intel.

Aaron Coleman is COO and co-founder of Singular Security. The family-run company was founded in 2005 and continues to provide cybersecurity readiness strategies and compliance management services in line with ever-evolving industry standards and threats.

Aaron’s strength as a visionary enables the firm to keep up with the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity. He manages operations to ensure successful delivery of services and ensures teams have everything they need to succeed.

Decision-makers and influencers rely on Aaron’s technological expertise, analytical mindset, creative solutions and clear advice to address cybersecurity risk management and its ongoing challenges. He excels at demonstrating the importance of having a proactive workplace culture that understands, implements and evolves security practices and protocols. Aaron not only provides long-term solutions for clients—he builds long-term relationships with them regardless of the size or scope of their projects.
